Biography
Michael graduated from Creighton University School of Law and was admitted to practice law in Minnesota in 1979. Initially, Michael was an associate of Larkin Hoffman Daly & Lindgren Ltd before opening his own practice which has been providing zealous representation on behalf of its clients for 40 years.
Michael is admitted to practice in the States Courts of Minnesota and Wisconsin & Iowa. The Federal District Courts of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Texas, Colorado, California, Illinois and Oklahoma, and the Seventh, Eighth and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals. Michael has obtained multiple verdicts and settlements in excess of $ 1,000,000 for the Firm’s clients and guided clients through complex litigation in an efficient, cost-effective, and successful manner for 40 years.
